DESCRIPTION: Thomas J. Davis, Inc. is a Joint Venture with Jung Il Associates and has operated as an invited contractor to the US Army Corp of Engineers in Seoul Korea for the past 21 years. Our work is exclusively for the US Government and all design projects are at military installations throughout South Korea. We have all engineering disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, cost estimating as well as architectural. We can offer logistical support with the US Army to include tax-free benefits, mulitiple-reentry permit (SOFA visa) as well as access to the military PX, commissary's, MWR facilities, and other privileges on a space available basis. Our office is physically located on the Far East District Corp of Engineering compound in downtown Seoul. We employ 60 Filipino's, 30 Korean nationals, and about 45 US staff. We have been in business for 40 years. | |
