DESCRIPTION: LBA & ASSOCIATES was founded February 5,1989. We are a contingency based search firm, specializing in the placement of information technology professionals. Our clients are all Chicagoland based and are primarily Fortune 500 in size. We provide permanent placement, contract and contract for hire arrangements. LBA & Associates currently has nine full-time recruiters working at our location in Barrington. Each recruiter has an average of approximately five years with LBA & Associates. Each recruiter at LBA works with approximately four to five major clients only. We feel this is necessary and appropriate in maintaining the highest quality and standard of service that each of our clients deserves.
