DESCRIPTION: Spuncast was founded in 1976, owner serves as President. We make steel castings by melting down scrap metals and forming them with centrifugal dies. We have our own heat treat and machine shop facilities on-site. Our customers are large, international makers of off-road construction vehicles and products for OEM and after-market furnace manufacturers. We offer competitive wages, health, dental, life and short-term disability pay. Vacation, 401k, holiday and attendance bonus' are also available. In addition, Christmas, monthly performance bonus' and safety awards are given out. Our tuition reimbursement program not only covers books and fee, but for our hourly employees pays them a bonus based on actual hour in the classroom.
