DESCRIPTION: EMC was formed in 1989, and was founded by Mr. Jose Emmanuel Disini. It is our mission here at EMC to continue to innovate as an Internet Service Provider. EMC is busy pursuing a distinctively Philippine Strategy: to provide Internet Connectivity to as many people as possible in an environment that will, in the foreseeable future, never have enough telephone lines or enough robust, high-bandwidth provincial links.
