Because of our recent acquisition of Phoenix Networks we are seeking several highly motivated, experienced and creative individuals for the position of TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE to be located in our Pleasanton, California headquarters to enable us to continue to offer our customers the best quality care in the industry.OBJECTIVE: Acts as primary interface to the MegaPath customers via phone and email to effect real time problem analysis and resolutions. Position requires use of discretion to effect timely solution of problems in order to ensure customer satisfaction, eliminate downtime, and prevent cost overruns.
