Founded in 1982 and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, TCH is directed by two working partners with over 46 years combined experience. Both partners were born and raised in Canada. TCH International is the fastest growing receivables management company in Canada today, quadrupling revenues over the last four years. The Collection House consists of two divisions: The Collection House third party collection service and Accounts Receivable Management Services (ARMS). TCH consists of three departments: government services, consumer collection services and commercial collection services, each providing specialized recovery programs.
