DESCRIPTION: Founded in March 1996, HCL Perot Systems (HPS) is a global software services provider having a client base in UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and India. HPS is a 50:50 joint venture between HCL Technologies Limited (HCL) and Perot Systems Corporation (PSC) of USA. It is a partnership between two leaders in the areas of strategic business and IT consulting. The joint venture seeks to complement the established reach and information technology strengths of HCL with PSC¿s business transformation methodologies. HPS has grown rapidly since its inception and is now a US $70 million company, with over 1500 associates located in its Software Development Centers in India and onsite project locations world-wide. HPS is perhaps the youngest company to attain SEI-CMM Level-5. | |
