Founded in 1875, Shimadzu has grown into a $2 billion multinational corporation with three separate divisions: Medical diagnostics, Aerospace/Industrial, and Analytical Instruments. All three divisions enjoy global success and the analytical division is one of the largest manufacturers of analytical instrumentation and environmental monitoring equipment in the world.
