We have conducted searches for a number of different clients in a number of different industries - position levels from the top senior roles in multi-national corperations aswell as entry level opportunities with very small entreprenurial companies. Finding candidates is only part of our process....qualifying those people becomes the next most important function of our process. Executive type interviews are conducted with each individual addressing the potential suitabilty of the work environment and group dynamic within department, etc. This gives us the clues to follow about other details of the candidates suitability.
