DESCRIPTION: Better Chains was inspired by people in the hospitality industry who felt the pain of high turnover, inconsistency in menu and service across their locations and just being stuck in the back office when needing to be on the floor with customers. We used all the stand alone systems out there but the industry needed a platform that could handle scheduling, training, food costing, communications and even help with recruiting and hiring , it needed to be integrated so all the pieces were connected. There was nothing like this out there so our team developed Better Chains! | |
