DESCRIPTION: Kwan Sing Construction Corp. was established in 1981 in Hong Kong. The main business trade was Site Investigation, and in 1990 it has expanded its business trade to Civil Engineering field, specializing in Marine Works. From 1991 to 1995, Kwan Sing Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. has worked closely with its associated companies in Marine Works, under sub-contractor status. Kwan Sing had participated in three (3) major core projects of Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok New Airport in 1991 to 1995. In 1997, Kwan Sing extended the business area to the Philippines. Kwan Sing was awarded sub-contract work to dredge the approach channel and under the Jetty in Sual Power Plant Project, Sual, Pangasinan, Philippines. The project involves the following works: 1.
