DESCRIPTION: We would like to take this opportunity to introduce my soon to open baking school. Nikkos Baking Studio is primarily a home baking school catering to newbie bakers and passionate home bakers who want to improve their skills and to learn tried-and-tested recipes, which they can eventually recreate on their own. I have a small café in my patio where clients can purchase and enjoy our cakes and pastries with a cup of coffee. Each class aims to have the students experience and understand the process of baking through demonstration and a full hands-on participation. The number of students is kept to a minimum of six (6) and maximum of twelve (12) to ensure sufficient attention is given to each and everyone. What we believe is special and unique to our studio is our six (6) baking stations, which simulate a home kitchen to ensure every baking technique and procedure taught can be done at home. All our equipment and tools are domestic none of those high-tech industrial types. | |
