We employ multi-level quality assurance and control standards to guarantee an accuracy of at least 98%. Audio files are being transcribed by our experienced and well-trained data transcriptionists, edited by transcription editors, proofread by our proofreaders and prior to uploading or submitting reviewed by our production supervisors - checking the format, client specifications, etc. | |
