The Offshore Recruiting management team has been involved in recruitment since 2000 and has collectively, 18 years of recruitment experience. OSR has offices both in Brisbane, Australia and the Philippines where it has 6 years of recruitment experience. To ensure that all workers sent to Australia meet qualifications and standards, OSR has also put up three (3) Skills Assessment Centers in the Philippines where applicants receive free training.
Over 400 Filipino overseas workers were already supported by Offshore Recruiting to find suitable and better jobs in Australia. In turn, clients enjoyed positive changes in productivity, efficiency, and resource allocation that they continue to request more workers to fill in the skills shortage of the industry.
