DESCRIPTION: Star Harbor Films (SHF), a Texas indie entertainment company, develops, produces and distributes animated and live action motion pictures. Our projects span from low budget direct-to-video DVDs financed on credit cards to major releases funded by leveraging strategic partnerships with studios, distributors, licensees, corporations, lenders and private investors. In 2005, SHF launched its STAR ISLAND franchise, a 3-D animated feature (2007 release) plus a line of books, board and video games, toys, clothing and more. VOICES, a supernatural romance, begins filming in Summer 2006 in Texas and Savannah. SHFs IT group will also begin selling its proprietary distribution software utility, targeting media buyers through regional marketing agents. | |
