DESCRIPTION:
Leading national insurance company seeks Direct Sales Agents for their Costa Mesa, California office. Your primary focus will be developing sales abilities and selling insurance policies. Requirements: > Two years of sales experience preferably in a commission sales environment > Stable work history > Call Center Sales experience a PLUS > California Property and Casualty Solicitors License a PLUS but not required > Desire to work in a non-capped fully commissioned sales environment There is a 3-4 month training period. This period will combine classroom training with training/shadowing on the sales floor. During your training time, you will be paid at a monthly salary of $2500. After the training period you will move to a 100% commission structure. Median first year target compensation in 2003 was between $35K and $40K. This year it is trending higher. Top performers this year are at the $70k range with $80-$100 potential. Commission is uncapped.
