DESCRIPTION: Started in the business of installation of PABX in the 1960's, known as IT & T, became the official carrier of Alcatel products, wherein ownership was acquired by Alcatel Philippines, Incorporated in 1970's. It existed progressively, now carrying the voice and data solutions. In 2001, the company name became Alcatel E-business Distribution, Inc. while Alcatel Philippines, Inc. concentrated on contracting installation of telephone lines and cell sites. Year 2004, the selling of its stocks with an entity from Paris was consumated hence the emergence of EBDI Philippines Incorporated. Despite its spinning off, the company maintained its vast clientele and still soaring high. New projects are coming in and new big account are at stake. | |
