DESCRIPTION: IQS is a Danish analysis company that carries out quality evaluations within the retail and catering businesses. We operate in more than 22 different countries all over the world. IQS has great experience within the fields of Mystery Shopping, Mystery Dining, Mystery Calling, employee analysis, customer analysis and market analysis. In 2004 IQS will carry out more than 50,000 Mystery evaluations and close to 500,000 interviews. Approximately 25 highly skilled and specialised employees are employed in IQS¿ head office in Aarhus and in our offices in Copenhagen and Oslo. They work with project coordination, data processing and reporting. More than 700 well-educated IQS freelance workers all over the world are responsible for the collection of data through Mystery Shopping, Mystery Dining, Mystery Calling and interviews. | |
