Clients are primarily East Bay condominium homeowners¿ associations (HOA¿s) although expansion into commercial property management is planned for 2004. Offices are located in Dublin although the management team spends the majority of time at client sites and meeting with vendors. The owner is also a manager and actively participates in all aspects of daily operations. Office staff consists of one full-time and one part-time employee in addition to the management team. Internal company culture tends to be informal and enjoyable yet professional. Health coverage allotments along with paid vacation and holidays are benefits afforded to all full-time employees. | |
