DESCRIPTION: We are a Mortgage brokerage located in North Seattle, WA. We offer Independent Loan Officer positions. If you are finding your own clients, pricing your own deals, and making less than 90%, you might want to consider becoming an Independent Loan Officer. In Washington, Colorado, Alaska, and Wyoming, we charge $500/file as a flat fee. We also broker loans in all other states except New York and Louisiana although the fee is slightly higher. We can process for you for $500/file or you can process yourself. If you want to rent a desk in our North Seattle office, it's $500/month and includes, DSL, Phone, long distance, computer, desk, phone, access to all office equipment, etc. You can also work from home if you prefer. Experienced loan officers only. Must have at least 1 year as a loan officer, find your own clients, and be hungry to make a fortune. Interested in becoming an Independent Loan Officer?
