DESCRIPTION: Sales Floor Manager: Mid-size International trading company looking for experienced sales floor manager. Ideal candidate should be aggressive, have strong organizational skills, must be able to execute strategies, and come up with new an innovative ideas to keep members active with the company. Must possess strong leadership qualities, and have strong sales background, must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Duties will include oversee daily leads and tracking of new members, update database, some cold calling will be required. This is a full time position. Salary is negotiable, plus commission.
