DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DCS is searching for a highly motivated individual who is not scared to work on COMMISSION ONLY. We are a DirecTV retailer who has doubled in size since our first year in the satellite business and we need a reliable and money-motivated individual to help us grow. DCS has invested in auto-dialing technology that generates over 100 leads daily for our sales reps. WE PROVIDE THE LEADS!!! We need a leader who can not only call back warm leads and close deals, but someone who can teach their sales reps to do the same. Our business plan is to have one or two sales managers and four to eight sales reps calling potential customers every day except Sunday.
