DESCRIPTION: TITLE: Chief Development Officer REPORTS TO: CEO JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising strategy to raise the organizational budget consistent with the mission and purpose of Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc. (BPHI). The primary fundraiser for giving, while providing team leadership, management, and coordination of the Resource Development Department. Directly responsible for supervision of RD staff and programs including major gifts, planned giving, foundations, campaigns, grants, public relations, education, records, and production The agency is a downtown (Fort Lauderdale, FL) multi-million dollar human services NOP. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION: BS/BA or equivalent. 5-7 years in non-profit fundraising leadership.
