DESCRIPTION: National Ad firm is expanding once again! We are currently seeking sales specialists with PROVEN sales skills. Our Independent Contractors benefit from a virtual workplace fashioned after traditional brick and mortar sales teams. We offer ongoing training and mentorship, and we encourage friendships and alliances between sales team members. Telecommute jobs can be very lonely, and we take this into account. Our reps are required to have MSN messenger and are encouraged to be signed on to the internet during work hours so that we can coach one another or just "drop in" to say hi. Our sales specialists are offered an excellent commissions schedule, and we utilize a quota system that allows for a very nice pay-by-performance promotion system. Our incentives program includes monthly and weekly contests, as well as a long distance reimbursement package.
