DESCRIPTION: Homesellers Magazine promotes small and homebased businesses via display advertising and articles to homesellers, homebuyers and new home owners. We also publish classified ads for private parties and for those selling real estate. The publication is full color and currently distributed monthly in grocery stores along with other Real Estate publications. Our near-future goal is to publish more magazines (direct mailed to homes & in grocery stores) that correspond to several zones (cities) in Arizona and then establish the magazine in other states. At this time, our website is being developed and will be launched on or before January 2003. We foresee within the next month having 5 paid employees and 10 commissioned salespeople. Our first concern is creating a professional and productive sales force. Our management approach is one of team work and working "with" each other; not "for" another. | |
