DESCRIPTION: Innova provides a fast match between a company's vacancies and potentially interested and interesting candidates. We equally search for jobs for those candidates who like to change. How do we proceed? Our main goal is to increase the candidate¿s interest. Therefore after a thorough analysis of the company, its environment, its culture and the vacant job(s), a clear and complete recruitment message is written. Next the candidate is invited to call us outside normal working hours. During this telephonic conversation, we perform a joint evaluation: the candidate gives feedback over his/her needs and interests and we tell him/her how well he/she fits in the company and the specific job offered. This way we can already present interesting and interested candidates only one to two weeks later. | |
