DESCRIPTION: JCStaffing is a technical staffing firm that places both contract and fulltime IT professionals. We are a regional business, concentrating primarily in the Tri-State area. JCStaffing is a small business that deals only with select candidates and clients. We do not attempt to chase after "volume business". Rather, we look for clients willing to allow us to learn their business and promote their company; and candidates willing to spend time with us as we attempt to understand their skills, qualifications and professional needs. JCStaffing operates over a longer "time frame" than most recruiting firms. Our primary goal is "precision placements" in which both clients and candidates are fully satisfied. Often, such a process takes more time to achieve and involves lengthy interviews with both clients and candidates in an attempt to gather the detail required to make a "precision match".
