Sr. Client Operations Administrator JOB DESCRIPTION:  Provide high level technical operations and system administration support for Applied Meta¿s distributed middleware product via direct interaction (shell, phone, email) with client and client installations.  Provide leadership and mentoring to Level 1 Technical Support staff, and be an escalation point for complex customer issues.  Identify, prioritize, and escalate customer issues to correct individuals based on the technical or non-technical nature of the call.  Assist in building the relationships with engineering, existing and potential partners, and customers through direct interaction.  Assume a leadership roles through advanced understanding of our product and senior knowledge of networking infrastructure, and third party applications.  Provide 24 X 7 alternating pager support.
